We want your 477brand cap or apparel to fit the way it should. Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Not eligible

Headwear that has been shaped, worn, or shows sweat, makeup, or odor cannot be returned. Final-sale items marked as such at checkout are excluded.

How to start a return

Email support@477brand.com or call +1 (619) 844-0137 with your order number. We’ll send return instructions.

Refunds

Once the warehouse inspects your return, refunds go back to the original payment method in 5–10 business days. Original shipping is refunded only when we shipped the wrong item or a defective product.
