477brand offers a straightforward returns and refunds policy for baseball caps, team apparel, and accessories. We want the silhouette, size, and color you ordered to feel right.

Return window

Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Headwear that has been shaped, shows wear, or has sweat, makeup, or odor cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email your order number, item name, and photos to support@477brand.com, or call +1 (619) 844-0137. After we confirm, we will send a return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once the warehouse inspects your return, refunds go back to the original payment method in 5–10 business days. Original shipping is refunded only when we shipped the wrong item or a defective product.

Exchanges

To change size or color, complete a return first, then place a new order for in-stock headwear or apparel so inventory stays accurate.
